★Ordering Questions
・How far in advance should I order?
  For all candy products made to custom order specifications, we require at least 1 – 3 weeks notice to create and deliver your order depending on your delivery location, so please take this into consideration when you are deciding when to  place your order. We recommend you place the order well in advance, especially if you are located in WA, NT, northern QLD or a rural area. When you place an order, you are required to supply us with an “Event Date” (the actual date of your event) and a “Date Required” (the date you would like to receive your candy order by). We recommend placing your order in advance and having a “Date Required” which is 2 – 4 weeks prior to your event date.
・what if the order is urgent and I need it ASAP?
 If your order is urgent, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate you, depending on your location and the shipping timeframe. Often we can arrange for your order to be sent that day or by the following day!
・How do I place an order on this website?
 Simply select the product(s) that you want to order add them to the shopping cart. When you are finished, go to “Checkout” and sign in if you are a returning customer or register if you are a new customer, or checkout as a guest without registration if you prefer. Complete your shipping address and contact details etc. All areas with an asterisk must be completed. Select pick up or delivery, and then select the payment method. Tick the box to accept the Shipping Information and Terms and Conditions after reading them. Finally, click “Submit My Order”.

・What are the payment options?
 We accept payment through PayPal Secure Checkout by using a credit card or PayPal account, direct deposit / EFT into our bank account, or payment by phone with Visa or MasterCard. Orders paid for by direct deposit or phone ordering will not be processed until payment has been received.
