• What are the shipping options?

   Orders can be picked up directly from our candy factory and showroom in Tullamarine, Melbourne, or shipped Australia wide by Fastway Couriers or Australia Post. For further information, please see Shipping Information

• Does Designer Candy deliver to my area?

   Yes, we deliver Australia wide! We can also send our products internationally, with the exception of lollipops and glass jars which are too fragile to be sent overseas.

• Can Designer Candy ship glass jars?

   Yes! We use very careful packaging methods to ensure your jars will arrive safe and sound. We guarantee your satisfaction with Australia wide delivery. In the extremely rare event that a breakage occurs, we will replace any damaged jars sent by Fastway Couriers or Insured Australia Post delivery.

• How much is shipping?

   Shipping costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. Once you have signed in, you may obtain a shipping quote for your order at the Cart, prior to proceeding to checkout.
